General Information

Immigration Announcement: Effective January 1, 2008, the application fee for a U.S. non-immigrant visa will increase from $100 to $131. Applicants who paid the prior $100 application fee before January 1 will be processed only if they are scheduled and appear for a visa interview before January 31. Applicants who paid the prior $100 application fee and appear for visa interviews after January 31, 2008 must pay the difference -- $31 -- before they will be interviewed.  More information is available here.

• Access to ORU Facilities With ID Card: Although our school is not a part of ORU, students have access to their computer lab, language lab, social events, gymnasium, and library.

• Intensive English:
  • One-year program with 6 levels.
  • Classes meet Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m to 2:50 p.m.
  • Five classes per day (grammar, reading, writing, speaking, and listening).
  • Each level is 7 weeks.

• TOEFL Preparation Class:

Summer Break & Vacation Office Hours
During break and vacation hours, you are welcome to send requests for information by email. However, there will not be anyone in the office to take applications except for the times listed below.

April 25 - March 9
The admissions office will be closed except for the following times:
Friday, April 25 -- 9am to 11am
Tuesday, April 29 -- 1pm to 4:30pm
Wednesday, July 2 -- 9am to 4:30pm
Thursday, May 1 -- 1pm to Friday, May 2 -- 9am to noon, 1pm to 2pm

June 20 - July 6
The admissions office will be closed except fo the following times:
Friday, June 20 -- 9am to 11am
Tuesday, July 1 -- 1pm to 4:30pm
Wednesday, July 2 -- 9am to 4:30pm
Thursday, July 3 -- 9am to 2pm

July 28 - May 1
The admissions office will be closed. However, during this time, you can request information by email or visit with the director between 7am and 9am to ask any question about the school.
